If the Red1 app or website is crashing or will not load, please try the following steps:
1) Close the discovery+ app or browser window
2) If you are using a web browser, Android device, Roku TV or Roku Stick, Fire TV or Fire TV Stick, clear your device's cache and data
3) Open the Red1 app, or reload the browser page and start watching the video again

The device you were using
The version of the app you are currently using
